資格及甄選
每所中學可以提名最多3位學生代表申請本計劃，受惠學生必須為2023/24年度就讀中一至中五。大會鼓勵校方就以下標準甄選學生代表：
(a) 優秀學業成績 及/或；
(b) 社區服務貢獻 及/或；
(c) 領導才能及溝通技巧 及/或；
(d) 跨界別知識及潛能
遴選委員會將由報名開放日起計，即日審視相關申請。故大會鼓勵校方可把握先機，盡早遞交申請。活動名額有限，如有任何爭論，大會擁有最終決定權。
